Fucking Punk Ass Kids Are Stealing My Checks From My Mail
 

I never had anyone steal my mail before. At least to my knowledge. I just found out tonight that 2 punk ass kids are going around stealing my fucking mail. They were bragging to a kid that lives next door which happens to be my nephew's girlfriends brother.

He's getting their full names and addresses so I can prosecute. I thought it was awfully weird I didn't get mail the past two days. Nothing not even junk mail and I always get something. And apparently one of the pieces of mail they took was one of my fucking checks. Exactly what check from whom; I have no idea. I plan on prosecuting. Stealing mail is a federal offense punishable up to 5 years imprisonment and a $250,000.00 fine for each piece of mail stolen.

I had a problem here before with mail. I got a birthday card in the mail and I found it outside my box wide open. This time they were ratted out and I will be taking their parents to court for it. Kids have no fucking guidance. These kids are around the ages of 11 and 14. I don't give a flying fuck how old they are they shouldn't be fucking with my mail or anyone's for that matter. When the kid who snitched asked how are you going to cash the check? The one kid replied we have ways. They are fucking with MY money that pays MY bills and puts food on my family's table.

Tomorrow I have to get in touch with the post office and I will be getting both of their names and addresses so I can prosecute. Who knows what else they have taken over the 2 years I've lived here. I am LIVID! :mad::mad:

Its a federal criminal offense. Only the postmaster for your area can prosecute them.

I have one. I just have a few places send me checks here because it's easier for me. But I have changed all my info to my P.O. Box. They also stole check stubs with my nephews girls social security # on it as well as her high school ID. I'm getting a new paper shredder too. Mine broke and I just never got a new one. Going out tomorrow to replace it. I asked my landlord awhile ago; actually when I moved in here to put locks on it because I didn't trust it because I don't rust anyone that's just me. And I am still waiting. I called her up tonight and told her I want locks on it ASAP. Plus they were coming back tonight to steal a little kids bike from the backyard. A little 4 year olds bike. Fucking scumbags.

I will take it up with who I need to. Whatever happens happens. I am not letting this go.

While I can understand your frustration, I highly doubt you are the one that will decide whether or not they are prosecuted under Federal law.

Fuck those mailbox stores. My brother had his identity stolen by an employee of one of those places in Phoenix.

Put some traps in mixed in junk mail..nothing like a little zap to wake them up

I was thinking of mouse traps. I'm going to wait for them and get them on camera. They even have cameras you can put in your mailbox. I am seriously considering it. I want to catch them douche bags in the act.

You really should pursue it. Even though they will probably just get a slap on the wrist due to their age it will probably frighten them enough to never do it again. Getting away with it will just embolden them to do other things....

Theft and check fraud are both things he can take care of.

CCTV...one picture is worth 1000 words. Get video of them doing it and it's case closed.

Unfortunately because of their ages they will get a slap on the wrist unless they have priors. Even then probably nothing will happen. I learned this well when some little cocksucker keyed my car. Pressing charges was a total waste of time. If he had been 4 years older I would have taken a bat to his head.

I would pay some other punk kids to teach them a lesson.

catching them on camera would be the best thing IF your postmaster isnt a slob who doesnt care and will actually do something. Dont expect a government employee to actually care about you or your mail though.

There is a GFY user that goes by "Jesus H Christ" also known as Scrapper, aka Mark Osterholt. He once stole mail addressed to me and forged my name on checks and cashed them. The postmaster did not care and neither did the district attorney.

Easy. Some have no conscience. They don't think hey maybe we shouldn't steal it because it's needed for this person to live to pay bills, put food on the table etc. If I don't get justice. Hopefully Karma will kick them in their nuts so hard it will make them hit puberty. I have started taking action by having my important mail ie checks, bank statements etc delivered to my P.O. Box.

I got busted for that when I was 18

We would go around and steal mail from mailboxes and pull out the credit cards....activate them and and go on shopping sprees

went to far and got caught....since it was my first offense they knocked it down to a misdemeanor, but I was looking at 22 counts of theft of mail matter and 16 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card

you need to call the police and tell them what you know and also have that little girl tell them too, that is how I got caught...someone found out and called the police

It's a part of growing up, everyone does some jackass stuff. You're a serious whore if you prosecute some kids, I am sure the police will tell you the same thing (though most likely they'll be nicer about it). I am sure you can work out which money is missing and contact the sponsors.

hell, put one of those personal alarms in there. When they reach in they'll trip it and break their legs trying to run.

Or a camera, or a flash bulb, or any motion sensor device.

If it were me, I'd probably sit there in the dark just waiting and kick their little punk asses then detain them for the police.
