16 year olds are great. They just want lots of sex, and don't care about serious long term commitments and things like that. You don't have to spend time with their family, you don't have to take them out to fancy restaurants, etc. Plus, at 16, girls aren't thinking of things like children and marriage yet, they just want a good time.

I don't think this age of consent thing is giving you all the info you need. I see it lists PA as 16 - I know the law in PA is that you can have sex with a 16 year old as long as you're not more than 4 years older than him or her. I bet a lot of the other states have similar stipulations as well.
