I think they should be banned coming to the boards with claims that turned out to be misleading and with no proof and could possibly ruin people's reputations.

What gets me about the whole deal is these guys have been in the business for a while and should know better than come to the boards to discredit people without proof to smear peoples reputation. The key here is without solid PROOF to substantiate their claims and get by with it. If it was me I would be banned in a heart beat because I don't have a high post count. I just your typical webmaster trying to make a dollar and I for one take threads into account on whether to do business with someone or not. I'm not big time but hey I got a roof over my head.

No, not because he buys content from us and knows people....its because he is honest, straight forward and sincere....i dont know if its true or not about the wallet case but honesty is the best policy and even honest people can make mistakes ( IF there is an actual mistake ) and that not a good reason to ban someone with that kind of credit and reputation in the industry.

He ran to GFY like a 5 year old with what now seems to be an unfounded revelation, and on something that did involve him directly to begin with. This kind of drama is what makes GFY go round, but i'm sure you can see this situation is fucked up and completely brought on by Mike's initial thread. I'm not saying he should be banned or not, that's a call for GFY to make. Plenty of people have been banned for much less.


It's best to let the parties that fucked up take it like a man, regardless of what 'status' they have in the industry. When someone fucks up and drags an innocent party through the mud to intentionally damage their reputation, it should be written in the sky and all should be done to make it right. Mike intentionally set out to make Lisa pay, and specifically for her to not win that contest for $5000. That's already been stated.


Surely there's been icq's and phone calls back and forth between Mike, Lisa and Ycaza to resolve this. Ycaza and Mike are taking a well-deserved public beating and most likely want it to stop.

Word of advice.. When your "friend" fucks up and shows himself to NOT be honest, stand up or respectable, it's best to shut your mouth otherwise it reflects on you and your business.

What both these people should of done is gone to the police and made a complaint there. Even pornographers are protected from crimes and having your wallet stolen and getting fraudulent credit card transaction makes you a victim of a crime.
