They run PornHub.com which has massive amounts of other sponsors full length videos.

That means a company in this very industry is stealing from this industry.

If you are an affiliate of any other program you can kiss your ratios goodbye because this greedy company is running an illegal tube.

They also give advertising dollars to several large tubes. Further fucking us all over.

If you are an affiliate of Brazzers I advise you to use someone elses big tits, big ass, etc sites with your traffic.

What a bunch of assholes!

I don't believe that. If you look into most of them you will find non-USA, non-Canadian webmasters that don't plan on setting foot on our soil.

However, you are partially correct in your statement since there is a company like Brazzers or AFF supporting the site.

I don't mind about legal tube sites but stealing from each other is just plain pathetic and nasty and should be punished hard.

we are currently in the discovery phase of the trial, which means viacomm is still within the phase of being able to prove that youtube is a willing participant in the copyright infringement (outside the scope of the safe harbor provision).

we are a long way away from the motion to dismiss part of this case.

Originaly they denied,but it was very fast founded how they own it beacuse of matching adress of pornhub managment and brazzers managment.Well beside that,they offered access to brazzers for only 10$,meanwhile i didnt seen such ad on any other site.

Who is "we" I know that you post a LOT about this subject and you always seem to side with the bad guys. Yes unfortunately it's the truth. This industry was built on spammers and content theft. So I guess tubes are really nothing new.

Not only are all the idiots buddied up but also Brazzers/Jugg doesn't need affiliates promoting them if they are buying spots on all of the illegal tubes and ALL of the surfers are seeing them anyways..

Their ads on the tubes are very well thought out also.. worked right into the design..

Hell they wouldn't even need to buy the spots on the tube.. the sales are worth enuff...

Fucking Greed.....I love making lots of money, but not at the cost of being unethical and that is what tube sites are. They can be done legitimately, but I have yet to see one.
