Good ole franks usually does the trick around here.
|
I make my own meat based hotsauce. I think it's a regional thing, but it's very similar to Cincinnati Chili, but with more flavor.
I can't eat a hot dog or burger without it. |
Tapatio. I use it on everything including popcorn.

I love Texas Pete, it's made right here in NC so it's local.

When it comes to wings or chili I still use the Frank's but when it comes to scrambled eggs or breakfast burritos this stuff is pretty damn tasty :thumbsup

I spent quite a while in Barbados, and became addicted to Delish Bajan hot sauce.
Definitely a ringer stinger, but makes everything taste excellent :) http://best-of-barbados.com/images/p...perSauce2L.jpg |
trappy's original and a salt shaker
|
I use all sorts - I like to experience different flavors...

I love Frank's. Not really hot just good. It can get a little spicy if you microwave it though.

Gotta love this thread... I'm a huge, huge fan of the Sriracha, it makes a great sauce to put on chicken and most oriental food. Frank's Red Hot sauce is awesome for buffalo wings, and D'Elidas is absolutely perfect for hardboiled eggs, hot or cold.
I must have over a dozen different hot sauces, each with their own specific applications! |
Im learning so much from this thread. Wow lots of hot sauce lovers I see :)
|
I've been feeling the Portuguese piri-piri sauce recently. No brand for you though; I ask for extra when I order at one of the local Portuguese Churrascos. Stuff is great with some roasted chicken, potatoes and rice.
