IBILL - It?s the people not the name
As you all know by now were back. I first want to say I am so sorry for everything that has happened to all the merchants who we worked with from 97 to 01 before iBill was sold to those crooks. No need to worry about them, they got what they deserved by the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission).
I was with iBill and some of you might remember me from all the promotions I had, as I was the Director of Business Development. I worked with a ton of you all. It was my Job to build iBill to what it was. I was with the company from 97 to 01 and left when it was sold. NOTE: At the time of the sale, every dollar was accounted for by an independent auditing company as part of the sale. Why did we start iBill back up, and not go with a new name? Going with a new name was to easy, no one would ever know and we would not have to do damage control, but the easy way out was not the answer. We have been through all kinds of hell getting this name from the old people, and once we got it, the damage control started. Remember, iBill is the name, iBill did not steal you funds, the old owners did. I spent 5 years building the company into what it once was and to see it fall the way it did was heart breaking to me. That is why I wanted to restated iBill with a new vision and a new staff. Even though we don?t have the funds to cover the notes that the old iBill owners issued, we want to do what we can to make good in this deal. Here is what we are offering to anyone who was with iBill in the past to try to earn your business back. 1. Send us a copy of your worthless promissory note and we will exchange it for stock in iBill at 1.00 per share. This is just our way of trying to make something out of nothing. We will be sending out the PPM on Sept 1, 09 as well as the certificates. Why not, it is free? 2. We are going to offer a 5% per transaction fee with a 5% 6 month reserve for a period of 6 months. 3. No VISA fees, we pay for the filings. If you have any questions or comments about this offer please post here or you can email me directly at [email protected]. PS please no more emails saying ?where is my fucking money? as I will not respond to those anymore as I feel I made myself clear here. I will though welcome and answer any other questions. Thank you Jonas iBIll.net |
Good luck with that.

I'm trying to decide which was a worse decision, selling the company to the people it was sold to --- or trying to come back with the iBill name.
|
This has got to be a joke. Come on now... Haha funny. Ok we get it.

This is the most ridiculous statement i have ever seen on GFY and thats saying something.
Going with a new name was to easy, no one would ever know and we would not have to do damage control, but the easy way out was not the answer. We have been through all kinds of hell getting this name from the old people, and once we got it, the damage control started. Why try to keep it quite from GFY, why not announce the new Ibill six months ago. The name Ibill stands for fraud, theft and bad business practice. Why on earth would anyone in their right mind want to be associated with that name unless they thought they could profit by it ? |
very weird marketing

Good luck trying to get some clients around here. Might be tough :Oh crap

Good luck Ibill with your endeavor to relaunch, personally I will not be going with you.
You sold a business that dealt with other peoples money to crooks. Did you do due diligence before you sold out or did you just take the money? You chose to relaunch under a name that is so besmirched by fraud and scandal that I seriously question your decision making. Not the type of decision making that should be taking my money. You are holding back money from merchants, even though it's a low 5%. I think with Ibill's reputation you should be allowing merchants to hold 5% of the money you turn over for them. then you will have to stay in business for 6 months to start collecting. You're not trust worthy enough to hold any of my money. As I said, good luck you will need it. |

When you visit the site above be careful about alternative billing companies as it seems they are associated with First Data the bank that supposedly withheld 33 million $ of Ibills ( webmasters funds )

Where is my fucking money!
I don't need any billing account at all. I lost my money thru all affilaite accounts. You can pay me $25000 and then we are settled. Ibill. What a joke. I'm sure your company won't do well. |
looks like I can still make it on the first page :thumbsup

This will be over before it starts.
And these days it is harder to get away with fraud. I suspect it falls apart in six months but this time people will go to jail. As they should of in the last nighmare. |

oh. well..... yeah.... everyone should feel quite good now. and it should be pointed out that the simple fact that you are STILL trying to use the same tainted name, associated with so much fraud, deceit and webmaster money owed... makes it pretty clear that your judgment and business acumen as a company is worse than ever. |
Nice idea man, good luck with this

I was going to add a second processor, and since ccbill can cascade to segpay I actually thought about going with them. I was send the standard reply, asking for more info etc by one the sales people over there and asked a simple question which I will quote here...
"I'm still on the fence about allowing you to process for me. What is your affiliation with the defunct Ibill? They stoled over 12k from me when they went down not including rebills." Since that question I have not heard another word from Segpay. Take it as you will. For fun, google "segpay ibill" |
