regarding countdown, I think we just passed the 40 day mark, so yeah its getting close. Baby will be here before I know it... and I probably wont be around here quite as much shortly after birth. Tons to do, i am remodeling her whole room right now and doing everything I can....

I use content provided to me, youll have to take that up with site owner.

Theres simply NO WAY I can verify copyright for ad images...

Spunky99 - it took me a couple minutes but i was able to pull up the client info.

I looked over what was provided to me to use for content and that image is clearly in there, so if you want to make contact with this site owners and work that out between you and him, please email me.

I make no excuses for content theft nor do I have anything to do with the site in question.

Contact me if you want to pursue this further please I want nothing to do with this type of stuff.

I deal with a lot of anonymous clients whom I only know by their sitename and email - they send me a zip of pics and sizes and I make the banners, as simple as that.

My apologies for this although it is not my fault, I do not want to look bad over this and will do what I can to help you deal with the matter.

This is common interference when making amateur site banners.

Sad but true.

soemtimes the owner is not aware themselves. For instance i got a package one time and I noticed a picture of raven riley. It wasnt even of her face but an underwater ass n puss pic. I knew it was because i had recently seen the raven riley set. I told them and they gladly had me take it out of the content circulation. Even had me find it on their site and remove it.

This has happened numerous times.

Im sure they will take the picture out of the cycle if you contatct and ask them, spunky. If not, fuckem! Tearem a new one :thumbsup

I know and understand, Ive done many dating ad sites and see plenty of content that shouldnt be on sites but was uploaded as "girlfriend" LOL

I just never want to look negative in these situations as I run a very clean ship.

I would think that you would be fine as long there was no contract. but then again, not sure these days.

I went ahead and just removed them ALL, all 20 Facebook of Sex banners removed to protect myself from any future headaches...

my belief if there is one infringing image there is most likely MORE, so to save myself from having to address this any further, I simply removed them all.

No need to leave myself open to future headaches.

I dont want to be involved in this stuff at all, let alone again in the future because I didnt address it properly when it first came up.

It has all been removed from multiple domains.

Re the 3rd banner down, I work with that site, and they get all their images from shutterstock.com, in good faith. I have just checked - the "Photographer" in question has a big portfolio with Shutterstock, it's unlikely he's lying: http://www.shutterstock.com/gallery-77213p1.html
