Anyone having Nifty Stats Problems?

Just curious, something about certificate updates?

beerptrol 10-10-2009 02:29 PM

The date in the certificate is invalid or has expired (12037)

Yeah, me too. Cool, just making sure it wasn't a personal thing, thanks :thumbsup

docputer 10-10-2009 02:40 PM

woj 10-10-2009 02:41 PM

busted here too :(

Unlimited 10-10-2009 02:46 PM

any updates about this?

Marshal 10-10-2009 02:48 PM

looks like their https certificate for the site that does the authentification has expired. maybe it's possible to override this error by changing some settings in Internet Explorer and adding https://www.niftystats.com/ (just a guess!) to the trust list. just my two cents... :2 cents:

katharos 10-10-2009 03:24 PM

its football match today in slovakia, so maybe guys are drunked under the table :winkwink:

Dirty Dane 10-10-2009 03:54 PM

Got the same. Both website in browser and program.

18teens 10-10-2009 06:50 PM

Same thing here. Bump for a fix.

Vjo 10-10-2009 06:57 PM

Bump for a fix.

Anytime I see any message about
"Certificates" it is always a pain in the ass. When have certificates ever helped "save you".
One of them days I guess.

Miguel T 10-10-2009 07:51 PM

Also have the same problem... How to fix this?

bloggerz 10-10-2009 08:20 PM

same problems here for a few hours now

PlugRush Sascha 10-10-2009 08:45 PM

Got the same problem. Maybe it'll get some attention eventually. I sent them a support request.

tigermtb 10-10-2009 09:46 PM

Somehow Nifty Stats is pulling data from a completely separate CCBill account that was never entered into Nifty Stats... Yeah, some kind of problem there.

Vjo 10-10-2009 10:54 PM

I would buy a full version (if it were possible) if it didn't have to phone home and if I had control of updates.

Seems like a very worrysome deal as time goes on.

I don't like the idea of EVER having to reenter all that into another prog. With a localize version at least that would never happen.

As it is now, Nifty Stats has a huge responsibility to make sure their system is around for the long haul. A localized software would insure that for me.

Matyko 10-10-2009 10:57 PM

same here, crazy... :)

Vjo 10-10-2009 11:03 PM

I havent checked my stats in like 18 hours. It's kind of like if you're DVD drive wasn't showing up. Just can't forget about it. :)

I'm stats obcessed. :)

Iron Fist 10-11-2009 12:48 AM

They need to build in a "local mode" only if connecting to the server fails. If the company ever went out of business, man it would take me FOR FUCKING EVER to get all my stats to do my taxes :)

camchoice 10-11-2009 01:09 AM

Same problem here...

Vjo 10-11-2009 01:25 AM

In other words you hope Nifty isn't run by a near sighted loner living near the edge of a cliff.

Ah well probably was a ho hum day anyhow as Friday was pretty good.

In the old days boys and girls we actually had to check em all by hand.
Boy does that suck in 2009!

I miss the little gray pop up "you just made a sale."

I'm lost without the the little gray pop up iny life. :(

:helpme

Vjo 10-11-2009 01:50 AM

These programmer guys usually go to bed about 8pm and are up at 4am.

So it should be up soon. :thumbsup

Milo is probably waking up about now.

jimmycastor 10-11-2009 03:14 AM

bump for the stats addicts :error, im missing my popups too, especially on sunday morning

Vjo 10-11-2009 03:21 AM

Yeah nothing motivates (or is frankly better in the world) than a sudden gray pop up. :)

E$_manager 10-11-2009 03:30 AM

change date to 10.10 on your pc, run nifty and change date to correct, you'll see your stats :)

the Shemp 10-11-2009 03:31 AM

set your computer time back a few days....

Elixir 10-11-2009 03:38 AM

The date in the certificate is invalid or has expired (12037)

Vjo 10-11-2009 04:02 AM

U guys rule! That works great. Maintains all stats too from last couple days.

smutnut 10-11-2009 04:25 AM

Yeah, awesome. I woke up this morning hoping it would be fixed but it wasn't so I changed that date like you guys said. Works great. Thanks :thumbsup

Matyko 10-11-2009 04:31 AM

It's not even the popup so much as it's Ashy Larry yelling "I'm rich bitch" on mine.

Yeah, I think I'll only change it when I want to check nifty and change it back again right after. I don't leave it up and running anyway.

Thanks again

P.S. I'm assuming they'll have it fixed after the weekend or the holiday maybe

PlugRush Sascha 10-11-2009 08:37 AM

Taking my computer back in time worked, but they should still fix this shit.
