I see alot of complaining about shitty sales lately. Then when I click on links in sigs and look at content, its easy to see why. The girls are butt fucking ugly! To be clear, I am a photographer/videographer and not a webmaster, but I am also a surfer and will pay for sites alot of times. I dont know if some people think surfers will pay to see just any random chick naked and/or doing porn but Jesus, most of the girls I see posted here and on these sites are just nasty as shit. I wouldnt pay $1 to see more of them but I am sure they were really cheap and you got tons of content for $75 out of the crack whores right? If you get shitty sales and want better ones, look at the quality of your girls, and find better ones :thumbsup

Quality control, nothing like looking over your sites that auto update and seeing shitty images. A critical eye definitely is required.

I promote girls that are in focus, a load of the content credited to you has been dreadfully bad and out of focus, imho :2 cents:

Because those solo sites were a joke and made no money. I am not going to bust my ass over some site making me $100 a week. Besides, those were 3 years ago when I was lacking the skills I have now. My upcoming multi model site will look much different. Hopefully this is in good enough focus for you :thumbsup

re: the swimsuit model above, thats not everyones fantasy. she will intimidate some and seem distant and unreachable. the 'ugly girl' sites you mock will clean up those joins nicely. i'm not saying there is anything wrong with making a high quality polished product, its just not what everyone is looking for. glam is not personally my thing... the girls gotta be doing something other than touching herself or looking girly

Good quality pics are important, but not everyone likes the 'model' type of girl you are showing here.
For me, the bikini model has a very pretty face, but I'm not into fake boobs, so I wouldn't sign up to see more of her.
And there are many good quality picture/video sites already with glamour models/babes, but they don't necessarily sell better than the more 'amateur-looking' sites.
It all depends what your surfers are into.

Not at all. There are some very talented shooters on here and around the business, but they dont complain about shitty sales. My post was meant for some who have ugly ass girls on their sites and are actually expecting people to pay for it. Just saying, they may want to look at the quality of what they are offering. Sales are much harder to come by these days and what people paid for a year ago, they arent now.

It says right in the image properties that the photo was run through Photoshop CS3 for the Mac. Never mind the fact that it is 600x900 72dpi.

And imho she looks very plastic and fake. I'm going to have to agree with Shimmy, as my tastes also do not run along the lines of glam. Amateur and Girlfriend content is hot right now and selling. Program owners aren't putting up sites because of the near-free content, they're putting up the sites because that is what people want to see.

A lot of guys want to see what that dirty slut who lives down the hall is doing with her boyfriend every night. They want to see the home shot photos of random people on Facebook and MySpace. Social sites have breathed a lot of life in to the girlfriend and amateur niche markets.

There's a market for everything.

One example: Amateur. It has been one of my biggest money-making niches over the last decade. Less than pro quality pics of average girls that look like they were shot by their boyfriend, or by some voyeur. Some guys like plain-looking girls. Other guys like thick chicks, others like 250+ lb whales. Some of us have made some nice money selling that stuff.

Conclusion: There IS no one type or quality of content that is better than all others

People will buy anything.

fuck this "there's a market for everything noise". sure there is, but in general the model needs to exhibit some attractive quality, and there are a lot who are just boring, and unnattractive. add to the fact that a lot of the sub-par models are shot by sub-par photographers and camera men, and you got yourself some crap content.
