Pics Of A Rainbow I Took This Week On The Island I Live On
 

I took these pictures Tuesday night from the front of my house. My son had a baseball game and it got rained out. Thank god as I was supposed to work the concession stand lol. As we drove home we saw this beauty of mother nature. As soon as I got home I took pics.

I showed both my neighbors these pics and said if they found a pot of gold in the basement, I would like ½ as I made them aware of a rainbow on their house haha. The last pic is from the sunset that same night from my back porch.

Thanks V, I wish I could have walked across the street over to the beach to get some pics. I fractured my foot last week when I was working out, I'm on a cast for 8 weeks :(

Holy Crap, sorry to hear that, I lived in Hawaii for a few years and got spoiled, saw rainbows almost everyday. I still want to travel north and see the northern lights, If I'm lucky, the rarest is the full on green lights, that would be awesome. Hope you heal fast.

omg i was looking at vacation rental houses on the beaches of North Carolina awhile ago - they are incredibly beautiful, and at this time of year they are not that expensive. huge beach houses, 7 bedrooms, only about $1000 a week in May.

THAT'S fuckin trip...I've seen double rainbows before but never a circle one like that...damn.

There called sundogs http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun_dog I had never seen one before until a couple of years ago. For some reason I looked at the sun (you need sunglasses to see them properly) and saw it, and it looks really cool, but didnt know what the fuck it was. So googled it when I got home. Now I look at the sun every day and have seen them dozens of times now. Most people have never seen them cause we dont usually go around looking at the sun.
