EXCEPTIONAL Hacker wanted for job.... completely legal
Hacker wanted/needed. ICQ me for details. I want something back that belongs to me but is located on a server controlled by someone else.
Can you do it? Hit me up. |
Hows that legal?
|
Yeah, that's not exactly legal.
|
can't see how this could go wrong. good luck man.
|
sounds like another OJ Simpson case. That worked out for him
|
My stuff, I own the domain, programmer being a shit. I want my stuff.
|
shit head programmer
|
|
Why doesn't anyone in this biz take legal action over anything? Un-fucking believable.
|
While he is at it, have him take down a few Tube sites.
And if he is any good, have him developed a virus/file that can be hidden in a video tube site upload that will delete any and all stolen WMV's and all Mov file when downloaded or viewed illegally off of the downloaders hard drive. Thanx, thats all for now |
next thread will be ... please i need hacker to hack a hacker and protect myself :)

It's just the way it is, this situation sounds like the same deal. Whether the domain and content is yours or not, you cannot 'break into' the server to liberate it. |
Hit up a guy named TeenCat on here.
|
My money is trapped inside a bank. The feds have closed down the bank.
I need someone to break into the vault and get my money. Dont worry. It's absolutely legal, as long as you take no more than the amount which belongs to me. I will vouch for you in court when the judge asks. |

seriously ? or just another ironic coment? :2 cents::2 cents: |
It's not legal.
|
lol funniest thread of the day... "legal".
if you find someone let me know, I have multiple legal jobs for him to do, seriously, not joking. |
The only way it would be legal is if the domain & server belong to you and a rogue staff member locks you out of your box. (I know this it happend to me)
Solution: Your hosting company can give your access back they almost always build a back door so they can give control back to the owner or themselves in a case of non payment. |

this is the way to go |
Look up c99madshell... Google it!

To the OP: Like others have stated, this is not legal. |
I think that no hackers post here but I might be wrong.
|
Hope you look good in orange.... You might want to look for a good lawyer now...
|
If you actually have to break in to get back your property then, yes that is illegal.
However, if you can back your property without actually breaking in then that is ok. I have had a few people claim they needed to get someone to break in and get their pages and images and have solved it with wget or a spider app. |

Your best bet is if you signed any contracts with your programmer. Get those documents to an attorney and get a "Motion to Retain Interest of Property" from a court (This WILL require a lawyer... and WILL take some time.)
Once the judge agrees you are owner of the material, then your attorney will subpoenae the server company for their records... 99 percent of the time, the server company will just turn over the material at that time. Once you have the material, send a formal complaint to your programmer with "Intent To Sue" letter. Again, this will take time and does require a lawyer... Good luck |

For Windows server, it's probably more of a pain in the ass but can be done as well. |
Google "IceMan", I am sure he could do it for you.. if he's not in jail still...

This thread delivered.

This sucks, Kevin. I hope you get this worked out and don't cause yourself any additional headaches in the process ;)
Once you get the material back, it might be a very good idea to out the designer/programmer that is pulling this crap...just a thought |

First, no. Physical access will always give you root access, if you have a clue. Second, it's "root". People over 13 years old don't think typing R00t, 733t, etc. is cute. If you are over thirteen, stop that. If you are not over thirteen, you are not allowed on this forum. |

priests are allowed to do that. But breaking in to someone else's place to get "your" stuff gets you prison, even if you are a celebrity. That said (again), we don't do just server security, but occasionally take care of the bad guys in brick and mortar land too. We serve arrest warrants and other stuff that involves running around wearing a bullet proof vest and handcuffs. That experience has taught me that there are often legal ways around it to get what you need. For example, if the box is paid monthly, rather than having been purchased outright, the host may have a right to access it. Then it's a matter of getting the host to want to help you. Often, you can get the "opponent" to help you before they know what they are doing. Always, always, always, though make sure you have the moral high ground 100%, without any "your side of story" stuff. If you had a contract with the programmer and HE TINKS you didn't live up to your end, you need to work it out with him. If for any reason anybody might think the other guy is right, talk to him and work it out. Don't do anything that could embarrass you later. PS - My ex-wife also went to jail for going into "her" house to get her stuff - she had moved out, so legally it was her husband's house. Jail for her. |
