Now i don?t believe anyone really knows what happened in this story yet, So far its all speculation as to what the details are.
So until we know for sure why even bother speculating as it really does not change the situation or matter in any way.

Ok, Epassporte is done as a company, but they are for now staying in business to sort out the rest of the funds ?Lets assume that is correct until proven wrong?.
So far they have been good under the circumstances to get people their money, if you don?t think so then you should have a chat with the people in this industry that has been through this on 3 other occasions and lost a LOT more with ZERO ability to even contact the money operation.

As for ST K in Belize
Again, IF they get the cards activated this or next week, which i am almost positive that they will.
They have no reason not to as the amount they :2 cents:have from Epass is nothing at all compared to what other Adult companies have with them.

I think so. He took a big chance making a movie glorifying his life, at a time where his practices are still considered quasi-legal at best. As far as I know he hasn't reached any settlement to date with the DOJ regarding his US facing poker processing? Middle Men was a slap in the face to alot of decision makers. So to answer your question, yes, I believe he deserves everything that he's getting right now.

there are lots of of people with missing money, if a miracle occurs and people can access their visas the way it is set up some wont be able to get it all if they have a big balance. he also fucked up a lot of people's biz for his idiocy.

Answering questions, admitting fault, etc.. might have saved his reputation, but hiding from the public and ignoring the requests to answer simple questions means no one can ever trust him again.

i think the fact that he has been totally silent and just used MichaelO as a sacrificial lamb and then to find out hes been vacationing in cabo while all this was going on, its just too much. he obviously never cared so why should anyone care about him?

For almost a month I remained "carefully optimistic", never attacked epass on the boards (mostly out of respect for the way Michael O and I had done business in the past).

But now.... well, closing down is one thing, abandoning things and at the same time bragging on facebook about taking a holiday in Cabo (while he was supposedly working on fixing things and giving the most for his clients) that's something totally different...

worse that he made michael spread flat out lies for a month: that he was working on a resolution 24-7 when he was really partying in cabo, that things would get resolved and have patience when the more you waited the more fucked you got and on and on ...

People need to accept that you'll never know for sure what the reason is/was. The simple fact is the St. Kitts bank locked him out and removed him from managing the VV accounts. Accept it and move on. Running around thread to thread and racking your brain on what the reasons could be are futile.

Further to that everyone needs to understand that there is NO safe eWallet company out there, no matter how many questions you ask get answered from them and how much background checking you conduct, how safe it all appears to be, etc. They are not a bank.

Yes he does. Everyone can make a mistake, but why he didn't give us any info? Nothing! He treated his customers as shit... He also harmed this whole business in the worst time...

He could have easily have avoided all this hate if he had communicated far better and constantly.. It's real easy to keep people calm, but he let it build up in a vacuum. All that stress and worry has no where else to go except back at him. While the events that triggered this may not have been his fault, the backlash is completely his... For all that, he deserves what he gets now regardless...

The fact is, his lack of communications displays a disdain for all his customers... What happened when the auto CEOs showed up in their jets? What happened to the BP CEO when he made stupid comments and was off having some fun during the spill? The lessons are there but apparently if you hav a big ego, you don't see or learn them.

Epass has already done MUCH better than the other processor crashes i have ever been through....its sad that that is a good thing, not great i agree, but better then the alternative.
