Anyone having trouble managing all the access credentials?

I´d like to ask you the GFY audience to kindly provide feedback regarding our service. How do you, especially webmasters, handle the tons of login credentials to keep them organized and safe at the same time? Does it cause you headache or is it no concern to you at all?
