I have had a problem with my account and numerous emails to their managers have gone unanswered for weeks now. Are they still there?

I never pushed them but if I am not wrong they started the business in 2001.

Thanks, although I'm not sure is azsarah is still with them. The last contact I had there was with a "Nick Bata" who said he would handle my issue when he got back from vacation.
