i have seen many sites that are scraping videos or gifs (many redgifs) while reposting content shared on reddit.

does anybody know what script they are using or if such cms is being sold?

There is a wordpress plugin that grabs posts from reddit.
You can select which post type you want. Gif, video, image etc. :2 cents:

There is a wordpress plugin that grabs posts from reddit and posts to wordpress called wordpress automatic plugin by valvepress.

I like how the header is grey and the logo has a black background, for no reason whatsoever.

As much as Google likes duplicated content, I personally like it the most when such spam tactics are applied as a serious attempt at "linkbuilding and SEO". Bonus points if the spammer isn't even aware.
