Best Custom T-Shirt Makers?

I have a popular site with dedicated following of about 300k subscribers (2 Million uniques a month, but about 700k are type ins of which at least 300k have been with me for 3+ years). I was thinking of putting together a design for custom t-shirts and sell them through the site. I think it could do well, though it would be the first time trying so who knows :helpme

Anyway - hoped I could get some pointers from the ever awesome GFY community. Do you know of a solid, reliable and business savvy t-shirt maker to whom I could entrust the job of making those t-shirts? Obviously - I would like to team up with someone who makes decent quality product and takes good care of customers. A US based company would be preferred, as majority of my readers are from there. Also - a company which could provide more complete solution (for example also capable of taking care of delivery/shipping, taking orders, dealing with returns/customer enquiries, etc) would be preferred. Not sure if any such business exists in the first place.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated :thumbsup:thumbsup

most def not the cheapest place but uberprints.com does an amazing job but if you order in volume you get a pretty decent discount

I wonder why you guys did not mentioned Vistaprint so far? :)

I do frequently use them, and for larger orders they have free shipping almost always! I do like them, honestly.

they start out cheap tricky pricing over there.

Your two best options would be http://www.spreadshirt.com or http://www.zazzle.com
Both have no minimum order, and both let you create your own shop. They might not be the cheapest options, but they take care of everything for you.

spreadshirt has the most complete solution for your shop, and can be customized the most, but the designs needs to be in the right vector format with only 2-3 colors if you want to print on darker colors

zazzle won't let you customize the shop as much, but lets you create t-shirts with pixel graphic on darker colors. also a lot of other product alternatives.

So I'm humbly back asking whether anyone has any more tips. I contacted each of the companies whose links were provided but only one had an actual person respond to my specific questions. Everybody else responded with cut and paste responses that didn't even scrape surface answering my specific questions. I got back to each of them and each time I got another cut and paste response that didn't address my specific enquiry. I surely wouldn't want to risk my customers who'd spend money to have to deal with this type of customer service. And sadly, the only one company that did address my specific questions doesn't offer complete services so I'd have to take care of billing, shipping, after sale support and everything else as all they do is print t-shirts, nothing else. So basically I'm back at ground zero.

as I said, drop me a line guy...

Those of you that were looking for an online solution drop me a line. The way I did it was pretty nice in comparison to how most handle it.

I've used 295Guys before and they were good but it looks like their website is down right now. They have tweeted not too long ago though https://twitter.com/#!/295guys/statu...96699556331521
