Why is there no Michael Buble Rock Band track pack?

I love it, I got Rock Band 3 recently with the pro drum controller (guitar aint available yet) and I've been spending hours a day on it, I listen to Michael Buble everyday when I'm running reports and I find myself wishing I could play some swing type music on Rock Band.
