CCBill WMS what's the current state of it? Is anyone using?

Is it finally working? Are you using it? At least for programs which have migrated from CCBill legacy

btw why i'm getting link codes w/o my id in there?
only stuff like
http://wms.ccbill.com/wmsct/w_prp/8093/
http://wms.ccbill.com/wmsct/w_prp/59860/
http://wms.ccbill.com/wmsct/w_prp/59541/

or that id already is assigned to me?

The core WMS product has always worked. The problems arose from our converting of programs from the legacy system to the WMS. As a result we are no longer converting accounts however sponsors can certainly enable the WMS system and run it side by side with the legacy system if they wish.

One of the best functions of the feature rich WMS is that as an affiliate you no longer are assigned an affiliate account number for each program that you belong to. Therefore you do not have to make sure that each of your link codes contain that particular programs ID.

Please contact our Client Support or myself directly if you have any further questions and we would be happy to walk you through the system.

Whenever I log in to check my ccbill stats I feel like I went back in time. It's a true cluster-fuck back there. But at least I still get my checks from them... even with shitty ratios.

Paul, can you please provide some answers in regards to Consumer-affiliate linking under WMS as referenced by http://www.ccbill.com/cs/kb/idx.php/...e-Linking.html ?

1. Is this currently in CCBill WMS?

2. Can the sponsor turn this option on or off?

3. If yes to #2, where is the status of this displayed to affiliates (i.e. such as with rebilling options under TOOLS in the legacy system) ?

4. Can you give further information about how the consumer-affiliate linking works? For instance how many days later will an affiliate get credit if a consumer under the same email address comes back and joins the same paysite after being referred earlier by the same affiliate?

Any further relevant information would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I would be happy to answer that for you.

1. Is this currently in CCBill WMS?
Yes, this is currently in WMS and is configurable by the sponsor at the sponsor level. They also configure the persistence time frame which is 7-365 days, meaning if a consumer who has previously joined signs up again within that time you will be given credit (assuming you are the affiliate).

2. Can the sponsor turn this option on or off?
Yes a sponsor can turn this on or off however once an affiliate ID has been linked to a consumers purchase there is no way to unlink them.

3. If yes to #2, where is the status of this displayed to affiliates (i.e. such as with rebilling options under TOOLS in the legacy system) ?
Affiliates can see the status under WMS-->Manage Programs-->Select Program-->Consumer-Affiliate Linking Allowed-->Yes/No

4. Can you give further information about how the consumer-affiliate linking works? For instance how many days later will an affiliate get credit if a consumer under the same email address comes back and joins the same paysite after being referred earlier by the same affiliate?
As I said above, it depends on the time frame the sponsor has setup. An affiliate can receive credit for a sale made if the consumer comes back between 7 and 365 days of their previous purchase.

I hope this helps, hit me up if you need any further clarification.
