Wordpress automatic theme slice and coder?

hello i am in search of this

long time ago i think i read something like this of a website that allow to upload a image of how you want blog to look and then automatical it slice and code to give you finished wordpress theme

i can not find now with google or maybe i dream this?

My designer just told me Photoshop CS5 can do the job. I am sure its not flawless, but can save you some time no doubt. If you can fix the code yourself, it can be good! :pimp
