Ad delivery system for mobile?
 

What I'm not looking for:

1. Programs to send mobile traffic to.
2. Code to automatically send my mobile users to another website.
3. Ad brokers to sell mobile ads for us.
4. Solutions to build mobile sites or deliver content to mobile (we already have this in place).

What I am looking for is an ad delivery system that specializes in mobile optimized ads, or even someone who is an expert in mobile advertising who can work with us on building out advertising solutions for our mobile sites.
