seriously, why is it tax deductible in germany?

because the wikileaks of the past made if possible to have a life posting stupid pics on the internet today.

In the latest in a series of blows to Wikileaks, PayPal says it will no longer support money transfers to the whistleblower site.

PayPal has posted a (late-night) statement to its website, saying: "PayPal has permanently restricted the account used by WikiLeaks due to a violation of the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, which states that our payment service cannot be used for any activities that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity. We've notified the account holder of this action."

Because a leak on their website helped expose the Australian net filter for what it was, not a filter to stop access to child porn, but a filter to stop access to a whole range of activities, including regular porn sites, euthanasia, drug legalization, etc. In exposing it, they helped stop it.

no one needs a reason to donate such thing other then exposing Government dirty actions, imho.

LOL the people behind Wikileaks are the most powerful and wealthy people ever to exist on this planet. Pulling the website and the paypal link are all for good drama.

but like DWB said in another thread: it's a weird attitude to cry for the asassination of that person who exposes those political scumbags who have the blood of thousands on their hands and who live comfortably from our tax money.
