Paxum - Anyone else getting a blank page when they log in?
 

Went to log in to Paxum today to order my MasterCard, and it keeps giving me a blank page after the login...

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, it's probably a php error ... Now I can see my account.

Ya I'm good too now..

got to be like 30 min of getting a blank page and all these thoughts started going through my head ... lol

it still gives you error when you click on your account info or try to add funds by wire

I spoke too soon.. hit the option to order the MC and got:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method AccountDetailDTO::setWithdrawingDay() in /home/www/lib/toplabs/epb/EPBReportHome.php on line 67

Works fine for me...

What's the average time to receive the MC for US customers?

It usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery. It has to be printed and then delivered to our office and then we ship them out. You can monitor the status of your card through your account admin. Once your card is shipped the shipping date will display in your Account Overview.
