Whats a good basic video software for video retards like me?

I just need to take wmv videos, watermark them, and then cut them into smaller slips.
very basic stuff

what is something basic that can do that? I need something easy to use.
Windows movie maker doesnt do watermarks well.
I was using video charge but its a pain in the ass.

Watermark Master from Video Charge or Video Charge Studio.

Pinnacle HD you can get it at Best Buy etc.
VERY easy and does a great job.

thanks i ended up buying another copy of video charge.
they have weird rules about downloading it again which pissed me off
