Anyone from CashX around today?
 

Havent seen Terry, neither yesterday nor today and waiting for loading of card since yesterday
the loading usually happens before six hours after ordering, anyone has had trouble loading too?
I wish they had automatic loading from account to account like Paxum :-(

I'm still waiting for my verification letter to come in the mail, it's been well over a month now. I sent them an email a few weeks back asking how long it normally takes for the letter and have never heard back from them.

Yea, I thought about it. Not real sure I want to deal with a place where I'm having such a hard time just trying to verify an account. I used the the contact form on their site to send them an email, and the fact that my verification letter and the email I sent have both fallen though a crack in their system really turns me off to them. :2 cents:

I didn't wait a month, I opened my account and requested the verification letter, then after two weeks and no sign of the letter I contacted them asking about it, and it has since been another two weeks or more with no reply. I'm not going to beg someone to take my business. I have other options to use (Paxum, Payoneer, Checks).

And no, I have no cash there. I just wanted to get my account verified so I had them as an option to transfer money right to my checking account. A lot of my sponsors have started using them, so I figured I would get myself an account setup.

Same. After ePass, I figured too many cards was better than not enough, so signed up for a bunch of accounts. When I first signed up, their AJAX document uploader script wasn't working, so I submitted a quick ticket. Never got a response, but gave it a try a few days later, and it worked.

Asked for verification letter, and it's been at least a month, and still no sign. It's getting send to Canada too, not Thailand. So fuck 'em, they obviously have so much business they don't need more users.

If you are from Thailand, then you are not sent a Verification letter! Only members from Canada and the USA are sent these letters. Our Geo IP defaults to Canada and this why your account shows this. If your country code has not been changed, it will be.

any news about the EUR card ? It was supposed to be live at the end of November....

Yes, we have a major update coming this week with regards to more services that CashX will be providing to it's members and the EUR cards is one of them!

Im happy using cashx, the only thing is that I would like to have automatic loading of cards, will this be possible soon? thanks
