Cyberage still in biz?
My webmaster password stopped working and I haven't received a check in months. No response to support emails. Anybody know a reliable email contact? Their support emails seem to go nowhere.
|
They stopped paying, Dave bailed from GFY.
|
That sucks. Good luck finding someone who pays and replies to your emails.
|
I guess they mallicked you :(

Its blank. he removed all of his sites from his sig. Maybe his partner kicked him out the company? Who knows, you think he would pop up and explain to everyone what is going on.... Does anyone know Dave offline? I would be concerned that maybe something serious was wrong but if he was ok enough to log in to remove his sig then that tells me that he should be fine and is purposely avoiding everyone.... |
wow that sucks :(
|
now this would seriously disappoint me

Pussy move on his part if you ask me... :2 cents: |
Dunno if Dave is still with Cyberage. I just got hold of his email address and mailed him copies of my mails to support. Let's see what happens.
|
Wasn't he bragging about flipping houses as a side gig not too long ago?

damn, he's one of the last people i'd expect to hear something like this about - must be some soap opera behind this. if it's just another company fucking affiliates as their business crumbles then fuck him. really surprised if something shitty was happening that he wouldn't post an explanation here.

didnt he marry a playboy model or some shit a few years ago? those girls are like ticking time bombs. My guess is major divorce, gfy would be the last thing on my mind.

most of the avs systems are long gone and stole the cash before they left. even the bros who still are around with different programs. this is the same.

RIP CyberAge

Yes, he has mentioned him in the past. It sounds like the partner is taking over from my reading between the lines. You just don't remove your sig to *your* company that you have owned for 15 years unless you are either no longer involved with it and pissed and/or you are not happy with the direction it is heading. Even if you are just "semi-retiring", you still wouldn't remove your sig. Next his name wont be Cyberage Dave, it will be "just dave" lol. :( |

Its a rare person that can hit a home run with one business model then completely reinvent themselves a couple years later and hit another home run with a completely new business model. As much as Shap has pissed me off with his anti one thing ripping on people who do it one day, then the next it is the greatest thing since sliced bread because he decided to do it... attitude. I think he is one of the few that has hit multiple home runs with completely different things. Unlike some people who are still holding on to accolades from 5-10+ years ago about how they were the first to do something or were mentioned on CNN back in 98, lol (cough Far-l) really who the fuck cares..... Welcome to 2011.... What have you done lately. |
