If you quit the adult biz today would you still watch porn? It's funny because after 14 years of porn I don't think I would quit watching it. As much as I've seen it's become so part of my life I can't see going cold turkey on it. What about you?

Quite honestly I have to ask, after a few of the last few clients I've had... if they've ever actually watched porn as a fan themselves... good to stay close to your roots... and if you aren't your own customer what the fuck are you doing trying to tell them what they like.

other than pushing traffic, i'm out of the industry. i would never, ever join an adult website. it just doesn't do it for me anymore. when i see people posting pics/vids of all these girls (for example on gfy), it just bores the hell out of me. the only porn i watch anymore is the once every month or two hd vid on my LED.

I would imagine most in porn would still watch it because:

1. They've become a fan of it over the years.
2. They'll be curious about new rising starlets.
3. They'll be curious about content trends.
4. They'll be curious about how it is in new formats (3D etc).

Pretty much the same reasons anyone still watches porn after a while.

Pretty much the same here. Amateur stuff, if even that. Knowing how something works behind the scenes often tends to dilute and taint the whole experience. I'm sure for some it's the exact opposite.

I haven't looked at porn for years, and I am not likely to start when I retire from the industry early next year.
