So what's the story with Cyberage Dave?
seeing all kinds of ominous threads about CyberAge and Dave - he's one of the last people on GFY i'd expect to leave affiliates high and dry even if his business went under. seemed like a baller with a conscience at least.
nobody knows what's going on with him or the company? |
adapt or die.

it's the internet. fortunes are made and lost within a couple months. his biz model was ancient. he's gone.
|
Weird whenever I look at last activity it shows when someone last logged in. His gfy username doesn't. Is that something you can turn off?
|
There have been many posts about problems on many different forums for months. I'm surprised more people didn't see it. I figured bad shit was going to happen as soon as the responses showed a tendency to blame the individual affiliates having payment problems. That usually telegraphs what's coming.

always seemed like a very decent guy. he definitely has/had money, he's posted a lot of threads here about his business interests and personal life. he's married to a very beautiful model. Dean shot a lot for him I think. |
He has a couple messages on his profile here from people who did not get paid. Earliest one is July.

The writing has been on the wall the better part of this year. Just most everyone here was blinded by his bullshit. |
he gone.

his affiliates can't eat pics of his cars and gf.
|
LEAVE THIS TYPE OF STUFF THE FUCK OFF OF GFY!
You want to go after Dave that is fine, but his family is OFF LIMITS on GFY! |
|
The busIness is shrinkIng.
Welcome to last year |
You are such an IDIOT - That movie was shot before I met her Moron. How Dumb can you be. Get back to Google Tool. Do your homework before you post shit.
|
You are right. I misread your post. The Pumpkin Karver was made in 2006. You are working on a NEW film with her though so I don't see how it really changes anything I wrote...

Everyone uses porn as a springboard to something else: movies, mainstream, a brick-and-mortor business, whatever. Except maybe Robbie.
Chris Mallick proved how clueless, powerless and trusting the individual affiliate is, and how simple it is to scam millions and get away with it without penalty. Rinse-and-repeat, rinse-and-repeat...... |

Your name and your blog are public because you made it so. If you do not want people knowing your name stop including it in press releases and online profiles referencing Tri-Tech and sure as fuck do not name your blog www.DavidDginger.com. http://www.avn.com/search/search.pl?...u bmit=Search http://www.linkedin.com/pub/david-dginger/17/310/714 ...and that is just to name a few. |
It's my family blog fuckface, have some decent common sense. Do I talk about the adult business on there? NO FUCKER. Have some Class. How do you feel now. More of a Pussy?
Do you feel like the GFY Queen that you know how to Google my name. You can look at it, but doesn't mean you need to post it. Do you want me to put your family photos on here, I can. But I wouldn't. I know you, I know all about you. |
glad to see you're doing well David
|
Dave, its a good looking wife and family. Gotta be proud of those accomplishments out of adult.
|
that was un-cool to post his personal blog

It's even more uncool for him to just ignore everyone that has contacted him directly about their missing checks. If he had acknowledged that business has been declining and told everyone he plans to retire from adult and pursue other ventures, but made it clear that CyberAge would continue to send checks as long as they keep billing members even though that meant they would have to dramatically cut their own corporate overhead (layoffs, downsizing) then I would totally respect the guy and wish him well. CyberAge would always have been remembered as one of the good guys in this industry. He did not handle it that way though and here we are... |
Dave: what does this "semi-retirement" mean for the future of Cyberage?
|
Hey Dave, how about answering some questions about what happened to Cyberage, instead of diverting from the topics and starting some fake drama.
|
so are people going to get paid, or is this another epass deal?

It's never too late to make things right either and do what you can with what you have left to work with. Not a single person here is perfect and never makes mistakes. :2 cents:
|
Well I sure feel out of the loop.. last thing I remember about CyberAge was the infomercial they shot and were going to start airing nationwide. That was a long time ago tho.
|
Dave, why did you stop paying people?

"It's people that have not updated their sites in years, most of them have dead links and never cared to update their sites and they make our links pages look bad. We have paid out Millions without having to make a sale. The free ride is over and we are focusing on webmasters that are keeping their sites updated, making new sales every month and dedicated on using our services." |
Just think "Tier 1" :)
|
anyone heard from dave lately?
