Building blog traffic
 

Whats most important in building blog traffic? Constant updates, links, directory submissions etc etc. Where do you start and whats most important to getting things to really take off?

Update with original text(at least six sentences), photos and videos at least five times a day everyday. As soon as you have a few hundred post start exchanging links to your niche counter part blogs. In one year should be making some extra cash.

In 5 steps you will make a successful blog or site

1. Niche related domain name (most important) ex. if you want to make big boobs blog, your best domain name will be bigboobsblog.com
2. creative and unique content and related to domain name, niche, your site title tag, keyword and description
3. make and upload your all images name related to domain and niche related ex. bigboobs.jpg, boobs.jpg, bustyteens.jpg etc.
4. submit on directories
5. link exchange with niched sites and blogs

Blogs are not as easy as some people think because the competition is murderous. Quality is alway a good thing to put in a blog. But most publishers just think of numbers and the more blogs you have, the better.

You decide.

Do a bit of everything. For me 1 update per day works, I spend more time on traffic

some tips in here, wish i was sure it would work

take care with directories submissions... most of them don't list you or remove your blog after some time...

and then you finish with 100 blogs with links to sites that don't link back, or that go offline after a few months or redirect to a sponsor.... and then you are losing lots of power... Lots of care with directory submission... it can ruin your blog for sure.

same as site links exchanges... the best is to link within your own blogs... you can only trust yourself in this business...

Exact match domain name.
Post titles good for SEO and surfers.
Original content with good call to action links.
Decent pictures or videos.
Backlinks from within your network (and with an exact match domain name you can backlink with the exact term).
xml sitemap.
up to date ping list.

You can build traffic:
- get SEO optimization to achieve higher rankings in search engines
- get more backlinks from other sites for more traffic and higher PR
- trade traffic through trade scripts
- set up hard links
- get high quality content on your site, so users want to come back
