Facebook "Pages" question

Does anyone know how to get your Facebook Pages URL to look like "facebook.com/yourpagehere"?

I see some pages that have that and others that look like "facebook.com/pages/yourpagehere/randomnumbershere"

you confirm your phone number
then your long URL will be transformed into that short URL
