They just had the bag lady on the Today Show and she said she came back to try and distract the guy and stall for time because she knew the Police were on the way. She said she couldn't live with herself if she left the men there with nothing to protect themselves except pencils and three ring binders.

It looks like he didn't have a wife that was a Teacher there and he doesn't even know any Teachers that work there. My guess is he was a delusional person that wanted to go out suicide by cop style.

Looks to me like the school superintendent had a real set of balls on him as well. telling the guy that he was the one that fired her so let the others go. of course now he is un insurable.

The bag lady was just crazy. She's getting a lot of pub now.

I was more impressed with the head of the board. He showed some real bravery, basically saying, with a gun in his face, "I'm the one who signed it, so let everyone else go." He was basically telling the gunmen to kill him only.

When the guy started firing, I was kinda surprised how slow the folks moved. I guess they were in shock or something.
