AlertPay is ...

Kind of working good, but their support really is OUT. Ordered a debit card for $68, was given 4-6 weeks delivery time, amazing. Both cards attached have 1k limit that is visible in the members area but then when i try withdrawing one gets rejected.

I thank I can speak Engrish to call em.

Okay, take some popcorn, show must go on. AlertPay replied that:

Hi, after several month of using Payoneer card for withdrawal from AlertPay I have received information from AlertPay:

Hello Sid,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay. My name is Electra and I am happy to assist you.

We were unable to complete your credit card withdrawal due to one of the following reasons:

-Your credit card is either a pre-paid/virtual or gift card.
-Your credit card issuer will not allow direct payment transactions to this card.

In this case, please clarify with your card issuer if your card is set up to receive direct payment transactions.

Thank you for your understanding.

AFUCKINMAZIN'!

Sid70 12-16-2010 08:38 AM

Okay, its becoming a ping-pong like!!!!

Payoneer replied:

Dear Sid,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please be advised that after reviewing your account, we can see that the attempt to transfer funds was not blocked by Payoneer. There may have been a change in AlertPay's policy, but you would need to contact them regarding this. Please note that the primary use of your Payoneer card is for receiving payouts from our partners (i.e. AWEmpire).
Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Douglas

Sid70 12-16-2010 09:54 AM

No they dont, just posting progress for this shit, live blog from real life. I'm so curious, but i might end up dumping using them both.
If read it all then you should have read it's been working fine until recently.

Emil 12-20-2010 10:24 AM

BIGTYMER 12-20-2010 04:22 PM

How did you even get an AlertPay card?

They told me their testing them now and that only a limited few got them.

topsiteking 12-20-2010 05:35 PM

$68 for a card?
Fuck that.

PXN 12-20-2010 08:20 PM

Just use CashX, they got everything you need and more.

I was the one chosen. One day I just logged in and saw the offer so I have applied for their card. It's in the test mode and even tho I paid $69.90 it's not Fedex and won't be here untill early January 2011.

AlertPay support is even worth then Payoneer. But for some reason clients like AlertPay site better then Cashx, Paxum and Payoneer. I offer clients all ways to sign up at any given e-payment system but many prefer AlertPay. Design matters.

Tjeezers 12-24-2010 09:19 AM

Electra... thats a name with voltage
and yes, payoneer is geared towards her partners and wants to avoid to become a p2p network like epass ones was. I can not blame them for this. seems like a reasonable attitude. They do payouts since 2005. and till now flawless experiences ( this cause i only use my card for the partners i work with they are associated with)

botfurom 12-24-2010 09:30 AM

Try to use paxum and it works fine!!
