Advisor for tube site Needed

Hello,

Ive been working into the PPC Industry for the past 5-6 years, which is my main biz, and now im willing to make a tube site, to bring traffic to my own search portals.

I dont have much experience on maintaining traffic on a tube site, so im looking for someone experienced enough to give me his advice, for a fee of course.
