Wiki leaks server bunker
Isn't this one of their web hosts? I don't think it's just for them...
Suddendly, the MoJoHost datacenter isnt as impressive anymore
Holy Shit, when I first saw those pics I thought it fake |
Saw these a couple of days ago. It's a really impressive looking facility.

I'm not even a geek and that place gave me a hard on. It looks so expensive. The conference room is kick ass. I'd take it over as my office if I ran the place. |
Im surprised they post photos, Ive been to the big one in chicago (cant remember the name) and it was strictly no photos for security. Place was pretty cool, kevlar walls etc.
I want one
How do they afford it? I don't see many cages.
Very nice..
im using firefox, clicking on the link launched 10 popups..
I dont see point of having such bunker for servers, since if you cut a wire connection it become totally useless.Only good for saving data.
the whole point is saving data
dont understand why they need a bunker, if they will have to put the datas out, they will, or do they have army and they will trying to save everything to the last guy? oh guys, this is just a bigger bubble on big bubble :)
Looks nice :)
Clear and big BS. Why they need a fortress? Who pays for this?
Besides, as you should know George Soros is the boss. All the documents they "leaked" are almost useless and declassificated. Wikileaks is a magnet for people's counteraction to NWO. Think about it. A single soldier can steal 250.000 secret documents and give then in public? Is this the US Army? |
Nice HDR pics. Gives you a wrong impression of the place, though.
But still, it looks interesting. |
Place would make a good club.
That is the ISP I am using. Rock solid, no pun intended! :)
haha i feel like they have fog machines going 24/7. almost all the pics there's some kind of fog/smoke near the floor

As for internet servers, bunkers are pointless, since the connections are the weak point ... can be easily severed using little more than a backhoe / hand tools. Having lots of server and network redundancy (ie. CDNs) is a far better approach than relying on bunkers. Ron |
Those guys seem very focused on design and decoration for their underground nuclear-proof glass jungle. Hopefully they also had time to think of actual security.
How massive are the doors? What policies do they have if an employee, e.g. the CEO, is kidnapped. How strongly armed are their security guards? Are private security guards permitted to carry guns in Sweden? How to prevent a rogue tech from destroying the servers? The place looks really cool though. |
nobody pumps theatrical smoke in their datacenter
Wow... that's one big sexy data center! Nice stuff!

My impression when i visited the site was that the DC was quite small, they had some options to expand it but not that much. The conference room was quite cool but felt a bit strange to enter =) |
What the fuck...

Whats with the plants?

I think the bunker is more of a marketing ploy than an important feature.
I agree with Ron. Connection points are the weak links. Redundancy and CDN are the keys. |
