There is no need for gift accounts on paxum,you can open normally account there without that gift bullshit like on epass.

The problem with epassporte, is that they denied my credit card, so someone (topbucks) gaves me one because i was unable to open it myself.
So i have just to sign up, and nothing else ???

epass gift accounts sucked big time. I wasn`t able to send money to anyone ever... being from a "controlled" country.
