United States missiles put North Koreans at risk. So it would only be natural that North Korea would want to build a deterrence. And considering how many countries America has attacked and the millions it has slaughtered it seems fair enough to me that North Korea wants to defend itself. And keep in mind, that of the two countries, although both have been involved in civil war, ONLY the United States has attacked other countries.

US technology can drop a missile in a trash bin. Dumping in mid-flight would be a miss for sure.

Apparently their previous test/tests have failed...so it will be interesting to see what the results are on the next test. In my opinion they are playing with fire by attempting to develop an ICBM.

i'm not worried at all, if NK shoots one missile they will be bombed into oblivion. and they know that. unless they want to reduce their population significantly cause they can't feed them all anyways anymore.
