Just recieved two checks with rebills cut in half since last check
 

Not drawing any conclusions here but..

I've just recieved two checks some only consist of rebill money.. one from AFF and one from an old CCBILL account of mine..

Both these are almost cut in half since the last check (they usually drop maybe like 5% each time)

Could we be looking at a HUGE cc shut down here?

don't feel like googling it but billions (trillions?) in available cc debt has been pulled out of circulation in the last few years. so the answer is yes.

a lot of my ccbill rebills have disappeared also

It could also have something to do with the individual sponsors. Some of mine are going as strong as ever. Others have lost all their rebills in a matter of a few months. Generally my third party rebills (Verotel, CCBill) are either up or about normal.
