Bounce rate went 2 time sup in one day! site is www.3dWowMovies.com Why is that?
There was nothing new done to the site. So we have no idea.
What finally i did today i reset server and will see what happens. What else could it be? Admin said virus is not possible. Please if any one have any idea let me know. Thanks a lot

Did you add a new site update? Your surfers might not like it as much.

Seriously though, did you add some script that pings your site regularly?

Site speed, Ads people don't like, broken content, broken code, new "uglier" layout

nothing had changed. That is the thing. we did not do anything only updates.

maybe people close it before waiting for this to load?

I think you have the slowest site load in the world there so surprised the bounce rate only doubled.

On single page blog sites, wouldn't the bounce rate be high anyway since the consumer would decide whether the product interested him or not and not have to click through to realize that?

While averaged (overall) ratios are important, bounce spikes can happen this way
