I have some accounts that never go down and others that go down at least once a year. Sometimes the fix is on in minutes, other tickets have never been answered. ALL accounts should have access to live chat and phone help. I have learned to only host static sites with no DBs with them. |

I think you occasionally see threads like this just because Webair hosts so many people and some of them don't think to have a non-domain email to send support tickets (i.e. like Gmail or Yahoo so you can still send if your sites or DNS are down) and they inexplicably don't use chat in the Webair admin or on ICQ. :thumbsup Webair for getting it sorted, anyway. |
