looking for a cheap domain register ?
any suggestions?
Looking to register a bunch of domains, any good deals out there? I am paying about $11.50 with directnic and $10 with godaddy. |
namecheap or onlinenic
|
its always worth doing a google search for Godaddy promo codes
|
try Dynadot.com
|
directnic and godaddy both fucking suck.
internet.bs is about the cheapest reputable registrar you'll find. Moniker, namecheap, name.com and dynadot are all cheaper than godaddy/directnic too. |
What's so important about saving $2?

$2x100... is worth it for me. Call me cheap, but these days I'd like to not have to piss away money if I don't have to. |

Hit up namecheap and tell them you want to register a bunch of domains and they will give you a deal

Thanks to everyone who has made suggestions. |
Namecheap.. Get the code for a discount.. When you have over 50 domains, contact them for your "permanent" code for a discount.
|
If you're paying $10 at Godaddy, you're doing it wrong. They ALWAYS have renewal codes for .com's or pretty much any other ext for under $8.
|
Check out Name.com, decent prices and a good registrar, at least from my experience.

try http://www.myregistar.net/ 7euro domains incl privacy protection
|
Fabulous.com, the more domains you have, the lower their price will be. Starting with their highest price of $9.45 and then it goes down from there, also includes free privacy.
|
namecheap and dynadot are both solid and cheap if you have a lot of names.
|
Godaddy ... even though the chick they pick out for advertising are crap
|
I have been moving my 80+ domains from godaddy to namecheap this year not through any dis-satisfaction with godaddy over last 7 years, but because I have privacy on all domains and Namecheap give it for free.
I will still keep some of the more important ones at godaddy as I can't risk even a moment's downtime on a transfer and I like to see the counts of whois lookups on my domains, but paying godaddy $8.99 for privacy per domain when namecheap is free is stupid, and I am trying to become less stupid. |
I use Name.com due to their near-instant DNS updates, one-time-password logins [so your account doesn't get phished], and knowlegeable technical support with little hold times. They're new registrations start resolving almost instantly.
$9.99 domains + Free Whois w/ coupon. Free Whois Privacy with Coupon Code: FREEWHOIS |
