Sent a support email in for something to be done with my server. It wasn't really complicated, but it was something that was impossible for me to do myself, via the CP.

It wasn't urgent. It really wasn't. I even said 'low priority - no rush' and 'When you get a spare minute...

Sent email, less than 7 mins later, I had email back - 'Its Done'...

Yes, their support is awesome, can't praise it enough.
Despite sending them relativity few bucks a month with a couple of sites, they are always super-responsive and go the extra-mile.

Example I'm glad to mention: a few weeks ago we had a problem with a payment processor.

It was really not Amerinoc's fault, actually they were not involved at all (processor had screwed up something on their server).
Despite this, since the payments were cut off, AM's support understood the urgency of the situation and they were willing to do anything to help.

That's a smart way to do business in the long run.

I just moved to amerinoc recently too and am happy as a clam :) Dont really know if clams are happy tho living in the mud in a shell lol but amerinoc kicks ass so far :)

I'll be honest wit you it was over a year ago so maybe you gots a bit better but my experience was less than positive at the time. Webair is not my only host I got a few boxes at mojo and with swiftwill and dey both kick ass, I jusgt have most of my shit wit da webair crew. I'll tell you what im gonna do Im gonna gets a box wit you and post my feedback if its good ill post it if its bad ill post it

You were never a client of Amerinoc and your post was bullshit. You are an idiot.

worked with clients who have had sites on most hosts here. Amerinoc was ok but they did seem to have many small network downtimes/issues from time to time.

Good to see some positive posting here and that people are happy with the service. Will look at using them again. :thumbsup

There is really nothing more to say then this, if they are not the best host in the industry, they are certainly ranked alongside the best.

We have 16 dedicated servers with Phatservers and are 110% happy with their support and their service. Glad to see a thread in praise of them, as they deserve it.

their support is ok, their dedicated hosting should be ok as well, their virtual hosting fucking sucks!!

i have virtual hosting@ amerinoc for few years and they are Ok :)

From all of the hosts i have used, Amerinoc and Cyberwurx have the best support / customer relationship / brains.

We've always loved the guys at Phat / Amerinoc! Great folks to do biz with!
