.mobi domains

Do they rank well for you?
Do they any influence? Like, google not listing these domains in regular web results?

I've found a nice .mobi name, which I'm gonna use in promoting mobile stuff but I'm wondering about the web results... :)

Not listing them but if you manage to grab nice ones, you might get type ins.
In fact. only .com are worth it, some .net but that's it.
