Webair customers, just a quick question

Is anyone noticing downtimes today or is it just me? Traffic is on the floor compared to how it was yesterday something's not right.

Aslo just had 5 mins of complete downtime where I couldnt even get to webair.com or the sites on my server

webair 12-23-2010 09:12 AM

Bbad nothing going on here, send em a traceroute and I'll tell you where your problem is. Additionally, If you prefer I can have a tech call you and see whats going on from your end.

CPimp 12-23-2010 09:18 AM

thanks Webair, for the quick answering. If I woulda thought about a traceroute back when the issue was occurring I woulda done it, but things seem to be up right now.

CPimp 12-23-2010 09:25 AM

looks like things are ok. Dunno exactly what the issue was but it's ok now and I guess that's what matters. Nothing more to see here :)

pristine 12-23-2010 09:45 AM

Sharky 12-23-2010 10:41 AM

Everything looks normal to me. I had a single database connection error at about 4:15am this morning. Other than that all seems to be fine in my stats.

why do people post these threads before actually calling the host though?
not really fair to the companies:2 cents:

now if they don't answer calls and support tickets, then that's different

CamTraffic 12-23-2010 09:02 PM
