I think he gets in. If you are the greatest return man in the history of the NFL (and he will shatter Westbrook's record), IMHO you will get in.

I just hope he attends the ceremony in canton with that outfit and car.

I should also mention he has been named all-pro twice (will be third this year), has 2 pro bowls and was named on the all-decade team. He may be ghetto, but he'll be in canton after he retires.
