When is a YouTube Video a "success"
So I've been dabbling in making funny youtube videos (e.g., xtranormal cartoons, subtitles on foreign films; not adult). My first one garnered only 200 or so views, most of which were generated from me going back to look at it so much lol.
My second creation got some traction. 3,000+ views after a week and growing, has been saved as a favorite by 14 folks, a few positive comments, and I've found about a dozen websites or message boards that have mentioned or linked to it (with positive reviews).
Some videos obviously become big hits, getting over a million views. But there is so much junk on youtube and when you publish something it seems it just gets lost except the very clever, shocking or funny videos. When can I consider a youtube video a "success" or viral hit?
Not posting the videos cuz I don't want folks to match the youtube account to my GFY handle. Need to keep my GFY handle on the down low he he (being an attorney sucks at time).
