2000charge is good. They work for a long time and very stably. I recommend them.

Dunno a lot about 2000 but they're around for a while... Webbilling is SOLID though. They have reps here and Mitch is top notch :) 8'd go with Webbilling :)

Does Webbilling.com have a Mitch working for them or are you confusing Webbilling.com and Netbilling.com?

Regardless, Webbilling.com, Netbilling.com and 2000Charge.com have all been around for some time and have reasonably good reputations.
