I think he was just too worried about getting hit again. Man the Eagles O-line has done a horrible job to protect him the past two games.

dyna mo 12-29-2010 11:25 AM

not his fault, his o line left him out hanging.

seeandsee 12-29-2010 11:27 AM

he is not wizard

Tom_PM 12-29-2010 11:27 AM

The Philly fans seemed stunned, STUNNED that another team might score against them. I'm not a super-fan by any stretch, but even I could see that the Vikings simply played better than the Eagles last night.

bronco67 12-29-2010 11:29 AM

A less mobile QB would have been sacked 10 times with that bad protection.

Caligari 12-29-2010 11:30 AM

Vikes D is good and now they have a good rookie QB to take over next year.

After seeing that game and the Saints-Falcons game I predict the superbowl as being either
AFC)Patriots or Ravens
VS
NFC)Saints or Packers (if Packers don't get in maybe the Falcons)

Eagles, Bears or Rams making it to superbowl? Don't think so.

I dunno, I've happen to catch the last few Eagles games because that's what was on and I couldn't believe the interceptions and some of these were rookie passes right to the other team.

Now last night, their offensive line could not stop the blitzing for the life of them.

So you target 1 game to prove your point when he's had an MVP season leading up to that game? Good logic.:1orglaugh

At this point I don't see anybody beating the Packers. Had they had Rogers, they would have won in New England, and they're only getting better. I go with either the Steelers, Packers, or Patriots for the Superbowl win. Hoping it's NOT the Patriots.

vick had only thrown, what, 5 interceptions all season going into last night's game, tom brady has 4. + ~21 td passes, ranked 4th in the league for QBs and has his best season stats ever.

jesse_adultdatingdollars 12-29-2010 12:36 PM

Vick is very GOOD. But not GREAT like Brady, Manning, or Rivers. He also kills and tortures dogs. I love dogs. He did his time, but he still did what he did. Dog killer!

dirtybaker1331 12-29-2010 12:38 PM

LOL! Really? He has been taking very good care of the football actually. When you get hit 15 times in a game fumbles are bound to happen. He has had a great season. Hope hes not too beat up for the playoffs. I'm sure he will be sitting out next game.

When you have the greatest coach of all time and the best front line in the NFL, you have all day to throw it. Manning would go 16-0 with that team.

manning is showing that without enough quality receivers it's not easy, especially a *go to* guy. i wouldn't put andy reid on a top 10 all-time coaches list either. :)

So one bad game means he's terrible, yeah ok. Pretty obvious you are looking for any reason to bash the guy.

Scotty Mac 12-29-2010 01:02 PM

Tom Brady RULES.

And he doesn't kill dogs... he slays hot pussy!

lest they all forget that manning has thrown 15 interceptions in 3 games too.

the philly O line is killing them. no time to throw = you eat dirt and fumbles happen.

when your defense has to spend that much time on the field, you're screwed.

i also would not put andy reid on a top ten coaches list. for sure.

That's the way I took it. I do not see anyone stopping the Pats at this point. Brady just has too many go-to guys and has been on fire this year. They've built a solid offense for him with some great pickups off waivers, notably Woodhead, and their defensive team is decent plus homefield advantage thoughout helps.

The Ravens are possibly the only team I believe that may be able to stop them. Brady would pick apart the Steelers D should they get to the AFC final.

The Eagles aren't going anywhere and after last night letting Winfield continue to get to Vick unchecked, play after play after play, they'd be lucky to get past the 1st round.

The Bears are good, but I don't see them making it to the SB this year.

The Pack are just going to scrape in b/c the Bears have nothing to play for on Sunday but again, as good as Rodgers is, he was held to zero points against Detroit before they knocked him out. Their O-line isn't strong and they've lost games against teams they should have beaten easily. The Bears and/or the Saints D will get to him and make him squeal like Juicy at a gay bar.

Not Andy Reid. I was talking about Tom Brady and how overrated he is. Yes, he's a top 10 QB of all time but his front line gives him all day and he's got the best coach in NFL history. The Packers did a great job rushing him and he had a subpar game. And I think Manning still deserves to be in the MVP conversation. He's missing 75% of his starters, yet his team is going to finish the season 4 games off from New England.

yeah, i'm pretty sure i misunderstood the demon's comment at first.

that's a pretty good summary on things too, or at least that's my take.

on another note, i've been wondering how many more head coaches will get canned this year, i predict a record # of firings, my guess is.............9 total.

Being a Saints fan I would love to see them do a repeat but if not the Packers with Rogers would take care of either the Patriots or Ravens and with ease the Steelers.
Either way its NFC dominance once again.

bushwacker 12-29-2010 03:19 PM

All I know is a team from the AFC will win this year.
