Scroll down, click 'Join Now' - It directs to a Shelly Depalma page with missing images. Would hate to think a sale was missed due to this.

Anyone else having these issues?

Just went and checked mine and they seem to be working fine.

Clicking the "Join Now" link at the bottom of my referral link redirects me to:
http://access.priyaanjalirai.com/sig...gnup.php?nats= (it had my NATS code but I removed it).

EDIT:
Wow, that is odd to say the least. I visited via your link and clicked "Join Now" again and it redirected me to the page you were talking about.
