Can somebody from CCBTools please contact me. I have been trying to signup for a while now. No responses on ICQ. Finally an email back but I believe it was a system message or auto response, might have been delayed.

Only in this industry are responses this slow when you want to purchase a product.

I mean, how hard is it to have 7 days a week support? I mean, I have multiple businesses going and I have ICQ on mobile, email to my smartphone. If somebody wants to do business. I am reachable.

Holidays or not. The only holidays I can understand during this past stretch are christmas and new years.

Might want to look into getting an option to purchase integrated into your website if things are that crazy for you guys where you can't respond for a week.

Im writing this for all programs and company owners to take note. The lack of drive and support in that i've had to face in the past 10 years I have been doing adult is absurd. Then people ask why this industry is failing. This industry attracted people who wanted easy money and didn't want to work for it. Since when did online businesses stop working on weekends. I dont expect people to work on holidays but honestly, if im at a dinner and i get a text regarding a large deal, theres not a doubt ill goto the bathroom and accept that ICQ. I am not the only company that offers what I do, theres always competitors and always a competitors who will gladly take your business.

It hasn't been an absurd amount of time I have been waiting for CCBTools to respond to me but it's just a sign of this whole industry aand how it's been for some time.

So by no means am i writing all this solely on their slow service. It's just the last straw so I decided to comment and remind everybody to work a little harder to keep your customers happy

tankers a pretty hard working guy, im sure things will be back to normal for a small business like ccbtools tools right after the holidays end and biz starts back up which should be tomorrow

haha thanks :P who knows. maybe my messages on icq aren't going through. hence my thread. no idea. but doesn't hurt to try to get their attention this way ;)

It was the holiday and much of my staff was on vacation


If you use Skype or Gtalk you can reach me there almost always. We do not use ICQ that much anymore. We also have a support center that is monitored 24/7 http://helpdesk.ccbtools.com


with that being said I will see if I can locate your messages and get back to you.

I dont see your ICQ number in this post so I am not sure how to contact you.

I finally broke down and tried contacting you via the support center yesterday morning, no responses yesterday or today? So if thats 24/7. :S then i dont know

Never had a problem getting ahold of Tanker, before or after I added CCBTools.

I did contact StubHub about a problem with my account there a couple weeks ago. Pretty big company, huh? Auto responder said I would hear back within 8 hours. Four days and another email later I finally got a response.

It's not an adult-only problem.

No that is definitely true, it's much more common online as a whole.

Whether it's common or not, it's not right. hah.

I can't count how many times i've went to a designer with a project and it takes forever and I just goto a new guy. You think if you got the business, you'd jump at the opportunity. Them being very successful and content isn't always the reason either. It's why companies like TopBucks and the other big boys in this industry are staying on top, they dont sit on their hands while on top. That's how you get taken over. :)

Though I dont want to keep bumping this thread because CCBTools has contacted me and will know in the future to not try to contact them via ICQ ;)
