enough to pull their links

If I don't pay my host bill....my site goes down

If I don't pay my electric bill....my power goes out

If Zombaio does not pay me...then their links get pulled until they do...if they do

Its as american as apple pie, it is as routine as waking up and brewing coffee

No money, No definitive payout date = No more Business

Sorry I leanred the hard way, its the newbies that I feel for, who won't take my advice and will wish they had in a few weeks from now when they have sent in dozens more sales, and still have not been paid

source of your continual problems = mirror.

I removed them from our cascade last week.

If we don't get a specific date of when our checks will be wired NTL Wednesday, I'm going to start revoking memberships and mass emailing customers to charge back transactions. And then I'll be on with my lawyer.

I luckily evaded the epassporte mishap by 2 days, and I'll be damned if I sit here and accept this from any biller.

It's really not that difficult to give us a damn specific date on when our wires will be sent. Hell, new wires should have been sent on 27 December and had they been, most of us would have started receiving funds by now.

Just remember, you are bringing this PR nightmare on yourself. All we want is a little honesty and clarity. Is that so much to ask for?

Congratulations you finally got the "FUCK YOU" you have desperately been seeking.

Yeah I need to look in the mirror because I have been burned by multiple processing companies, and come here to air it out.

Amen and that is the appropiate action, could not have been said better....

What I think the people at Zombaio fails to realize is...

If Zombaio were a regular company in the states and somehow their "swift file was corrupt" right on the holiday season and people didn't get paid... all hell would break loose. Why they expect us to react any differently here is beyond me.

What pisses me off the most is the fact that Tomas expects some kind of brownie points or something because they haven't been late before. Well sir, before doesn't matter.. what matters is right now. And right now, you are being highly evasive and are not giving us the specific info we need from you.

Not sure who you host with, but every company I've ever hosted with has never pulled the plug immediately after a missed payment. Most have a grace period, and will work with you if you're budget is tight due to unforseen circumstances.

Ditto for the electric companies. No electric company will ever pull the plug on one missed payment, or even late payments, so long as they get made.

I understand your concerns with Zombaio, and I agree that they've handled this poorly, but your comparisons are shit.

And they have given an estimate for payment dates, from what I've read on here. I've used them in the past, had no problems. I am not currently using them, but plan on it in the future. From my experience with them, this seems like a big oops, but not anything to be overly worried about. My guess is that in the next week or so, everyone will get their payments, Zombaio will launch redpass, everyone will forget about this mishap, and most will be singing their praises.

Standing as an outsider on this issue (only because I am not currently using them), this seems to have blown to epic proportions mainly because many of the people who have late payments are sitting in front of their computers hitting refresh on their bank screens waiting for shit to happen. 1) Nothing happens that fast and 2) doing that makes every second seem like minutes, the minutes hours, and before you know it, you think you're waiting a lot longer than you really are.

Again, not choosing sides, not saying that you don't have a right to be upset about the late payments, but I truly think the "pulling links," "dropping from cascade," and "zombaio = epass" threads and comments are a bit premature.

Take a deep breath, and be patient. :drinkup

Are they the next iBill/Websitebilling/insert biller here?

BIGTYMER 01-03-2011 10:39 AM

I'm not pulling links.

From the message today it sounds like payouts are going out.

Props to Zombaio for getting this issue solved. This will only make them a stronger company.

BIGTYMER 01-03-2011 10:40 AM

I'm still not happy about the new rates and reserve but they are still the lowest in the biz so they will continue to get my business.

Hey I appreciate your neutrality on the issue, and the fact that you don't like my comparisons...

I would ask this of you, accept empty and broken promises from at least 4-5 different payment processors, continue sending them business, watch 10's of thousands go out the door...rinse, and repeat....then see if my comparisons are still shit for you.

Unless you have had it happen to you, it might not be as easy for you to accept the natural hostility that is exhibited towards these types of companies in situations like this.

Think for a minute about this...

1. The funds owed to me have been collected form MY CUSTOMERS over 3 weeks ago!

2. The customers got the goods they paid for

3. Zombaio collected the funds and sits on them for 2 weeks, if they would disperse the funds more expeditiously then the money sitting in their account that is not theirs would not be left hanging around to cause temptations of tomfoolery

4. If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, personally I can no longer do that...but if you want to I say this....all they have to do is come clean, and come clean immediately!

5. Where did the funds go when they left my customers credit cards, and where are the funds now?

In route, on the way, working it out, none of those answers my question, and the only conclusion I can draw is they don't have my money!

If they don't have my money then someone is guilty of fraud...Period.. There has been a crime committed.

How can funds not be secure?

See if someone froze my funds then I need to know who and why? Silence on these questions is all the answer any of us really needs.

Again did THOMAS get paid on New Years eve Friday, if so, from which account did his paycheck come from , and if not how does he stay motivated to work for a company that has not paid him?

Its almost like being a lawyer...learning how to phrase the appropiate question, and not being afraid to present it.

icymelon 01-03-2011 01:35 PM

best way to run a business is diversify risk and that means processing with a cascade. The other good thing about that is you can easily stop one processor from the cascade. I was hoping zombaio would come out with a good alternative to epass. For what ever reason cash x hasnt gained momentum. I dont like all my money going through paxum. Nothing against paxum they have been great so far. I wish epass had that kind of support years ago. Maybe if they stayed on top of things better they would still be around.

+1, my payment isn't even 2 days late yet. Would be a major overreaction to pull links at this point. In-fact, in the past they've even paid me a couple days early before I got a "payout cleared" status under my payout list.

It would also be a major disappointment because I'd have to use CCbill or Epoch and pay 2-4 times the processing fees. :disgust

lagcam 01-03-2011 06:43 PM

It's your own choice swirlsgirl, but personally I am NOT pulling Zombaio as a processor and I am bored of all this constant attention seeking drama from you and charger.

I get that you are unhappy, everybody wants the money in their account when it should be especially at christmas and new year, but freak problems like this can arise, can be compunded by poor support and lack of communication and can make a mountain out of a mole hill and cause unnecessary additional problems for the company.

I prefer to give them a reasonable time to resolve it before damning them.

Zombaio are a good processor and have done a lot of good for my business, and I believe good for the adult industry. We all know they have never been late before, and we all know including Zombaio that one late payment is one too many, but fact is these things happen.

I now have 6 overdue payments, another due in a day or so, but I accept Zombaio's explanation and I believe that payments will come in and catch up over the course of this week. As I have said before, at this time of the year a small glitch can become a massive headache when you are dealing with international banking.

Time will tell if I am stupid or sensible, so I don't need you to tell me, but please people don't make matters worse for everybody by constantly banging on for the sake of drama.

A company going out of business do not increase rates and plan to launch a potentially industry changing payment card........ in MY opinion.
