The tube sites have thousands of clustered servers. A DDOS attack would need to be enormous. An actual hack into their servers would be very difficult also.

Maybe you could make it look like they're spamming and get them blacklisted from search engines. The tubes aren't the problem, it's Google telling people to go to them.

I mean having a hacker take down servers for hours at a time... planting shit on the tubes to infect surfers comp so they no longer have trust in tubes.. etc etc there is a ton of shit that can be done... I don't know that much about servers nor do I hack or i'd do it myself....

but there has to be some sorts of neusances that can be done to fuck with them....

First of all, it's not the best idea, but it's not the worst. It wouldn't be easy, but it definitely wouldn't be impossible. There are a few ways to take them down through third parties. It'll cost you a pretty penny though. The most effective method you mentioned was planting a virus on the site. A tube being down for a week hurts them but isn't that bad. Their overhead is server costs for christs sake lol. Every bug in their custom scripts are holes waiting to be exploited. Just find the right guy.

Yes it is illegal,but what is funny thing,holywood companies hires indian companies to ddos those sites which doesn't comply with their DMCA letters.

Better option might be to hire someone to do nothing but send DMCA takedown notices to them for your content, and if they don't follow the process to the letter of the law then you can get them in trouble. The way the DMCA is now, it is basically a license to steal.

legal issues aside.. I can assure you that if you were the person responsable for taking down the tube sites.. you'd have enough support for legal fee's and it's very easy to taint jury's

look at Max Hardcore he was convicted on a tainted jury.. just have to taint them back to our side of the field...

You have to realize that there are a lot of people here who are in bed with them. But kudos to you for speaking out. Long ago as an industry we would have all ganged up on these guys and made it a living hell for them. Sponsors wouldn't pay them, affiliates would refuse to promote them, and many sites would even ban people who did business with such people. These days they own the programs, content, and much of the traffic and now those who don't steal or tolerate it are somehow seen as the ones in the wrong by many.

I don't think the answer is hacking the shit out of them though. I think there is sufficient opportunity to go after them legally and cause them all sorts of hell. I'll tell you that I've seen one or two of these guys admit things right here on GFY that could potentially cause them a lot of trouble if it got back to the courts. There are holes in their game. All you need is the cash and the motivation to go after them legally and see it through. They are not untouchable. The problem is that if someone gets them on the ropes they'll start throwing out the millions to bribe you and prevent you from giving them a good solid KO.
